As Winter is slowly upon us the trees fall heavy with ripe citrus fruits just awaiting their harvest. The ducks and chickens are beginning to lay again and this is the perfect duo for our favourite farm made lemon curd. Not only am I proud to say that 95% of the ingredients come from our farm but it is also one of the easiest and nutrient dense desserts.
